We provide audit, review and other assurance services to small and medium sized entities. With Qualified Auditor status we are authorised to conduct statutory audits under section 36 of the Financial Reporting Act 2013.
Our aim is to provide a cost effective audit solution by operating with low overheads. All our assurance work is performed in accordance with audit, review or assurance standards issued by the New Zealand Auditing and Assurance Standards Board of the External Reporting Board. We use the latest industry standard software to support the quality and efficiency of the engagement.

Contact us
Contact us for a complementary consultation. We would typically ask to see your prior year financial statements and management letter to enable us to determine the extent of work likely required.

Fee estimate
We provide you with a fee estimate.

Engagement
You decide if we are a good fit for you and engage us as your auditors.

Handover
We notify your previous auditor that you have appointed us and we arrange for a handover directly with them. This is a routine process and is required by audit standards.

Prepare
We send you a helpful guide and detailed request list so you can be prepared for the audit.

Audit time
We kick off our work, typically at our office but we will visit if necessary to properly understand your organisation.
